Grand Reopening/Virtual Tour

Well, it’s official! I have moved into my new business location, and have already had my first student for two days of class! I hesitate to call it my office or training facility because it’s actually an old house… but it is working out well so far. Here is a virtual tour for those who may be interested:

Thank you to my wife for doing an amazing job of cleaning things up, especially the kitchen and bathroom. The house was originally built in 1962 and was remodeled before I bought it, but no one had lived in it for years, so it smelled pretty musty and paint-y. I still have a lot of work to do (someone cut the cable coming into the house, so no internet…) but it is usable, and my first student Shahrom Doneshwar helped me test it out for the last couple of days.

First class in my new place!

So far things have started off well and I am looking forward to many enjoyable years here. I will probably be doing more online training than it person, but this should be a good location. And its only 4 miles from my home!

For those interested in taking a class, I teach PLC, HMI, SCADA and general automation classes. My classes are customized to your needs, and I can teach material as advanced and detailed as you can handle. I have written two published technical books which I use in my classes. I have been building machinery and designing automated systems for 25+ years, working in electronics for almost 40 years, and I don’t think you’ll find any instructors with better credentials anywhere. Try it out!
