Happy New Year 2026!

The past year has been a mixed bag… it started well, but I kind of got sidetracked by yet another new project. This one was not exactly chosen by me, instead I ended up with a bunch of used equipment and spent a lot of the year building a storage building, inventorying and then building a Shopify store.

I originally recorded this as an audio-only podcast, then added some video so you could see some of the things I was talking about. I am kind of undecided what to do between the video webinars I have done for the Automation Academy 90 over about 4 years), and this podcast (15 episodes last year). They both take up a lot of time and I’m not sure either really helps my marketing efforts. At least not compared to the time invested.

This year I hope to get back to more training and consulting. I also hope to do a better job of communicating with members of the Automation Academy and other connections, This will take some marketing chops that I’m not sure I have, but I will try.
